If you have problems related to Billing, Order email delivery, PIN number or other Web site related problems please contact North America Phone Cards customer service by

Customer Service: Email Order Delivery problems or Lost orders

If you did not receive your cards:

  • Please check your "SPAM" or "JUNK" email folders and mark our email as "NOT SPAM" or "SAFE".

If you cannot find our emails (blocked by SPAM filters), you have to:

  • Add our email "support@ontariophonecards.ca" to your Contacts, Address Book or Safe-List
    (you may also need to lower / disable SPAM protection, see instructions below).
  • Re-generate your order using the form:

 

Attention Hotmail / MSN / Sympatico users:

If you cannot find your card in JUNK email folder you may need to:

  • Add our email "support@ontariophonecards.ca" to Hotmail Contacts:
    Click "Contacts" in the main menu, click "New" in Contacts menu, enter Goldline Calling Cards as a "Quickname" or "Nickname", enter support@ontariophonecards.ca in "email" and click "Save".
  • re-generate your order again by using the form above.

you may also need to lower or disable your Junk email protection and regenerate your order:
for MSN Hotmail: from Hotmail Inbox go to "Options" (top-right corner), go to "Junk Email Protection", to "Junk E-Mail Filter" and choose "Low - obvious junk e-mail is caught";
for Windows Live Hotmail: go to "Options", go to "More Options", go to "Junk email - Filters and confirmation" and choose "Low - Obvious junk e-mail is sent to the junk e-mail folder".
