Various service fees are not included in the posted minutes and decrease actual time depending on the number and pattern of the calls. 20/20 Phone Card provides list of access numbers for all major cities in Canada. In other areas toll-free access numbers are available for the rest of Ontario, British Columbia and Quebec (provides the same rates as with any local access number, only works for 20-20 Phone Cards sold online, 20/20 sold in local stores may have different list of access numbers).

Calling Instructions:

1. Dial local or toll free access number from the list supplied in your calling card email.
2. Select your language: (1: English. 2: French. 3: Spanish. 4: Cantonese. 5: Mandarin. 6: Russian. 7: Italian).
3. Enter your PIN number at the prompt (your PIN will be sent by email after online order)
4. Dial your destination number
for Canada, United States and Caribbean dial: 1+...,
for International access dial 011+(country code)+.).

If you choose to use this card for more than one call, the following charges will apply:

A maximum daily maintenance fee of twenty cents applies. This additional cost will affect the minutes you may achieve using this card. Usage is based on one minute increments: For every one minute of use or less, customers shall be charged for the full minute.
